Abstract

This research aimed to know effect of dose variation of chicken manure and urea on growth and yield of green mustard; The best dose of chicken manure and urea that provides growth and yield on the best green mustard; and The interaction between chicken manure and urea on the growth and yield of green mustard. The design used was Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK), consisting of 3 replications and 16 combination treatment. The first factor is dose of chicken manure which consists of four level ie without chicken manure, chicken manure 1,5 kg/plot; chicken manure 2,25kg/plot; chicken manure 3 kg/plot. The second factor is urea fertilizer = without urea, urea 15g/plot; urea 22,5g/plot; urea 30 g/plot. Parameter measured where plant height (cm), number of leaves (leaf), leaf area (cm2), leaf chlorophyll, fresh weight (g) and dry weight (g). The results showed that chicken manure (2,25 kg/plot) and urea (30 g) very significant affect on plant height parameter 3 week after planting/WAP (30,83 cm), 4 WAP (37,08 cm), leaf number 3 WAP (17,42 piece) 4 WAP (23,08 piece), leaf area 3 WAP (241,54 cm2 ), 4 WAP (324,49 cm2 ), leaf chlorophyll (198,42), wet weight (336,36 g) and dry weight (25,32 g) were highly significant with other treatments,
